Prepare decisions of the EFTA Council. Provide legal advice to the Council and EFTA Secretary-General and senior management on issues related to the EFTA Convention. Assist the Secretary-General and Administration on staff related issues. Legal analysis in horizontal projects and free trade relations.
Analysis of trade statistics in relations to ongoing EFTA free trade negotiations and the management of existing free trade relations. Prepare notifications to the WTO Committee on Regional Trade Agreements (CRTA) and services to the EFTA CRTA Committee. US–EFTA Trade Dialogue. Assists in free trade negotiations.
